Products and descriptions

We describe each product by what it physically is, its model and its condition. Specifications repeat what the product's own manufacturer states. We are an independent retailer: this store is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the manufacturer of the products we sell. All brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Open-box condition

Every power station we sell is open box: its retail box was opened before it reached us. Light cosmetic marks are possible and are stated on the product page.

Safe use — power stations

A portable power station stores a large amount of energy in a lithium battery and supplies mains-level AC power. Read the manufacturer's manual before first use, do not open or modify the unit, and do not use it with a damaged cord or plug. Keep it dry and charge and use it within the temperatures in the manual. Do not rely on it for medical or life-support equipment. Units we sell are supplied to the US market at 120 V.

Warranty

The manufacturer's warranty does not apply to the open-box units sold here. The warranty on each unit is provided by our store, not by the manufacturer: Full Charge Finds covers it for two years from delivery and repairs or replaces a unit with a fault. We are not able to advise on another company's warranty terms.

Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in USD and may change. If an item is out of stock or priced in error after you order, we contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund; we do not charge you a different price without asking first.

Orders we may decline

We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, where the order looks fraudulent, or where we cannot ship to the address given. If we have already taken payment, we refund it in full.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
